Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a major component of the skin and plays a critical role in maintaining skin hydration. Clinical studies show that oral supplementation with HA increases whole-body skin moisture content throughout the layers of the skin, improves skin barrier function, and increases skin elasticity.

Yes, you can combine Cofactor with Basis and/or Signal. Cofactor, Basis, and Signal each contain 250 mg of an NAD+ precursor. Clinical studies have demonstrated that daily supplementation with up to 2,000 mg of nicotinamide riboside (the NAD+ precursor in Cofactor and Basis) or 1,000 mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide (the NAD+ precursor in Signal) in healthy individuals is safe and well tolerated. Taking Basis and/or Signal can help support additional cellular processes not provided by ingredients in Cofactor—Basis contains pterostilbene (a SIRT1 activator) to support DNA maintenance, while Signal contains the SIRT3 Activation Complex, which supports mitochondrial health.
